Terms of service
Terms for using Product Forms for Wix and Catalog Feed Sync for Squarespace.
1. Operator and agreement
These terms are between you and Snoozemode, operated by an individual in New Zealand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The apps are operated by an individual. These terms cover Product Forms for Wix and Catalog Feed Sync for Squarespace, together with any plan details expressly presented when you subscribe. Our privacy policy explains information handling.
You must be an adult with authority to enter this agreement and authorize access to the relevant store. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. The final terms will be made available before installation or connection for your acceptance. If you do not accept them, do not connect or use the app.
2. What the apps do
Catalog Feed Sync is being developed to read supported Squarespace product data and generate separate private feed URLs for scheduled retrieval by Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center. It is not an order-management service. Scheduled retrieval can introduce delays; product approval and advertising results are controlled by the destination platform.
Product Forms assigns a selected Wix Form to a supported Wix Stores product page using product, category, or default rules. You manage the form and its submissions through the receiving form service. You are responsible for selecting appropriate fields and checking where answers are delivered.
The current product pages describe each intended workflow: Catalog Feed Sync and Product Forms. A development preview does not establish that a feature is available.
Launch detail required: confirm release status, supported product/form types, update intervals, plan limits, and any availability or support commitments for each app.
3. Your permissions and responsibilities
You authorize access only to the platform data and operations needed for the features you enable. You retain ownership of your store content and grant us permission to read, transform, store, and deliver it only as necessary to supply those features and as described in our privacy policy. You must have the rights to the content and images you supply.
Keep platform accounts secure, review permissions, and check prices, inventory, product eligibility, form assignments, and destination import errors. Do not put confidential or unnecessary personal information into public product fields or shared feed URLs. Keep appropriate copies of your own records.
You are responsible for lawful collection and use of information through your forms, including notices, required consent, and responding to your customers. This does not remove our responsibility for information we handle.
4. Separate platform services
Wix, Squarespace, Meta, and other providers operate separate services under their own terms. Their accounts, plans, and policies may affect app functionality. We do not guarantee platform approval, uninterrupted API access, catalog acceptance, or sales results. We provide support for our apps; platform providers are responsible for their own services.
The apps are independently operated and are not sponsored by or affiliated with Wix, Squarespace, or Meta. References to those platforms identify compatibility, not endorsement.
5. Plans, payment, cancellation, and refunds
Launch detail required: state whether each app is free or paid. For paid plans, publish price/currency, taxes, billing period, renewal rules, trial length and conversion, cancellation steps and effective date, and refund eligibility before purchase.
We will not start a paid plan or convert free access into paid access without presenting the charges and obtaining your agreement. If Product Forms offers paid Wix App Market plans, transactions must use Wix billing unless Wix has expressly approved another arrangement. The purchase screen and the applicable billing provider’s cancellation and refund process must agree with these terms.
Uninstalling an app or revoking a connection may not cancel its subscription. Check the billing provider’s subscription controls and keep the cancellation confirmation. Contact support for billing or refund help. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain available regardless of plan wording.
Launch detail required: document each app’s actual cancellation route, when paid features stop, what happens to feed URLs or assignment settings, and any refund policy. Do not infer “no refunds” or automatic cancellation on uninstall.
6. Personal information and processing instructions
Our privacy policy describes the categories, purposes, recipients, retention, and privacy request process. Merchant account administration and merchant-directed processing are different roles.
Where we process personal information on your behalf, we act only on documented lawful instructions for the agreed service; require confidentiality from authorized people; use appropriate safeguards; and assist with rights requests and incidents. We do not acquire ownership of your customers’ information or permission to use it for our own advertising.
Launch detail required: confirm controller/processor roles for each app and complete any required binding data-processing agreement before processing begins. Its schedule must specify data and people covered, purpose and duration, safeguards, approved subprocessors and transfers, assistance and audit arrangements, and return/deletion on termination. This paragraph alone is not a complete GDPR processor agreement.
7. Disconnecting and ending the service
You can stop using an app and revoke its access through the relevant platform. Follow the disconnection guidance and separately cancel any paid subscription. Withdrawal of Squarespace permission ends our access to that store’s data immediately. Stored copies are handled under the completed retention schedule.
Disconnecting does not erase products already imported into a Meta catalog or form answers held by Wix or a merchant. Remove those through the relevant provider when needed. You can also send us an access or deletion request.
8. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not use the apps unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, obtain unauthorized access, publish malicious content, or disrupt the service or connected platforms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security issue, or a legal obligation.
Where practicable, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it before suspension. Urgent protective action may occur first. You can ask us to review a suspension by email. If we discontinue an app, we will provide reasonable notice and explain available export, cancellation, and deletion options, unless prevented by law or an urgent security issue. Any refund due under law or an applicable plan remains payable.
9. Software rights and service limitations
We or our licensors retain rights in the app software and branding. You receive permission to use the app for its intended purposes while complying with these terms. Your product content and form content remain yours or their respective owners’.
Software and platform integrations can experience delays, errors, and interruptions. We do not promise outcomes that depend on your store data or third-party decisions. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of all liability or a financial liability cap.
10. Changes, law, and disputes
Material changes will be notified through the app or by email, with their effective date and a reasonable opportunity to stop using the service before they apply. Changes needed urgently for law or security may take effect sooner. Paid-plan changes must also follow the applicable billing rules. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
New Zealand law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights under other applicable laws. New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not prevent you from using a court, tribunal, or regulator available under mandatory law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
